Start your day with mindfulness by coming to a meditation session led by Brennyn Molloy of The House of Compassionate Gratitude (https://theprocessofbeing.org). If you have never tried meditation before this or are an experienced guru, all are welcome to come to our peaceful space and spend an hour clearing your mind. Class is one hour long and cost is $12.
